Our conversation with Fenn, the Trauma Witch, was so impactful that we decided to split it into two parts rather than edit it. Make sure you listen to part one if you have not already! How do we maintain our integrity when we are in burnout? For neurodivergent clinicians, therapists and counselors who are autistic, have ADHD, PTSD, C-PTSD, or chronic illness, ethical unmasking becomes necessary. Fenn shares her experience with burnout, being late diagnosed autistic, and using somatic journaling to create a community that nurtures the nervous systems of its members.
