Our guest in episode 2 is Viridiana Rodriguez, LCSW. Vidi is a therapist, EMDR-certified clinician, somatic healer, and Reiki practitioner, as well as the founder of Amar Therapy and Amarte Community. Her work focuses on helping high-achieving women—especially first-generation daughters—move out of survival mode and reconnect with their bodies through nervous system healing. Blending clinical insight with a holistic, culturally grounded approach, she creates spaces for deep emotional release, embodiment, and rest. She is also the host of Sacred Heart: The Exhale Retreat, an immersive experience designed for women ready to slow down, soften, and finally feel safe to receive.
